Hively’s Highland Farms is a multi-generational family farm in Columbiana County, Ohio, known for its deep roots in Shorthorn cattle breeding, with roots tracing back to the early 1800s and significant involvement in showing and selling these cattle, including a related livestock supply business started by a later generation, all stemming from a historic homestead on Hively's Highland Farm. The farm, established by the Hively family, became known for its dedication to Shorthorns and community involvement, eventually leading to a successful livestock supply venture built on showring experience. This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at the team powering The Pulse by Sullivan Supply and Stock Show U, putting you in the middle of major national shows and real marketing campaigns. You’ll gain practical experience, build a strong portfolio, and learn how marketing, media, and content come together for one of the most recognized brands in the livestock industry.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role designed for individuals who thrive in a demanding environment. Long days, tight timelines, and constant collaboration are part of the deal — and so is meaningful, real-world experience.
